a gap filled.

it’s so easy to feel forgotten.

unseen.

unneeded.

unimportant.
out of place.

somehow even in what is meant to be our Body, we feel insignificant.

we doubt the gifts He’s given us.

we believe the lie that we have nothing to offer.

but His heart is crying out,,

                          You are needed.

For by the grace given to me I say to everyone among you not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think, but to think with sober judgment, each according to the measure of faith that God has assigned. For as in one body we have many members, and the members do not all have the same function, so we, though many, are one body in Christ, and individually members one of another. Having gifts that differ according to the grace given to us, let us use them: if prophecy, in proportion to our faith; if service, in our serving; the one who teaches, in his teaching; the one who exhorts, in his exhortation; the one who contributes, in generosity; the one who leads, with zeal; the one who does acts of mercy, with cheerfulness. Let love be genuine.”

                                      Romans 12:3-9a

When you believe the lie that you are not, and you shrink back,, a vital piece and function of the Body is missing.

Walk in humble obedience. Stir up the gift that He has given you. Bless others.

Even when no one else notices,, He sees you.

  1. I can't even begin to tell you what a blessing your blog has been to me. The way you write so simply and beautifully, yet so profoundly, the things He is teaching you and walking you through never fail to encourage and challenge me. There have been several times recently that He has used what you've posted to speak straight to my heart exactly what I need to hear and be reminded of. Thanks for sharing and for yielding yourselves to be used by Him for His glory. :)

    With love,

    1. Leah, awe thank you so much for sharing this! it really blessed me.
Praise Jesus! His voice is so beautiful and He is so faithful to minister to us.
With being a stay at home mommy now, I've really been seeking the Lord on how I can be pouring out and allowing Him to bless others through me other than through ministering to my family, and writing, especially through this blog, has been what He's really laid on my heart. So it's beyond encouraging to know that He's using it.

      Love,
      Kels
