there is no "dry season".

“The wilderness and the wasteland shall be glad for them,
And the desert shall rejoice and blossom as the rose;
It shall blossom abundantly and rejoice,
Even with joy and singing…

…For waters shall burst forth in the wilderness,
And streams in the desert.
The parched ground shall become a pool,
And the thirsty land springs of water…”

What was dry and useless before becomes well watered and fruitful.

“If any man thirst, let him come unto Me, and drink. He that believeth on Me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.” John 7:37b-38

         River {potamos}-  one that constantly flows from a fountain; figuratively, the greatest abundance
            from the greek word {pinō}-to drink; figuratively, to receive into the soul what serves to refresh strengthen, nourish it unto life eternal
